The Swedish Foundation for Human Rights receives its primary funding from Swedish government authorities. The salary is reviewed annually and increases in line with the organization as a whole. The current Secretary General, Ulrika Strand, has a monthly salary of SEK 47,000. The occupational pension is provided in accordance with collective agreements, and no other pension arrangements or additional benefits have been agreed with the Secretary General.<\/p>\n Planning and evaluation meetings are held regularly together with the Swedish Foundation for Human Rights\u2019 partner organisations. In all our activities, risk analyses and risk management plans are carried out to minimise the risk of corruption and fraud, as well as the risk of failing to achieve set objectives.<\/p>\n The Swedish Foundation for Human Rights is audited by an authorised independent auditor, and the audit report is included in the annual financial statements. The Foundation is also registered with the L\u00e4nstyrelsen and is subject to its oversight.<\/p>\n The Swedish Foundation for Human Rights\u2019 annual financial statements clearly show how much funding was raised during the year, whether any funds were earmarked\u2014and if so, for which purposes\u2014and whether any earmarked funds remained at the end of the year.<\/p>\n The Swedish Foundation for Human Rights currently does not conduct any active fundraising activities. As a member of Giva Sverige, any future fundraising by the Foundation will be based on principles of ethical and professional fundraising in accordance with the guidelines set out in Giva Sverige\u2019s Code of Quality.<\/p>\n The Swedish Foundation for Human Rights\u2019 fundraising and financing policy is based on the values upheld by the organization. The Foundation\u2019s annual financial statements are audited by an external authorised auditor from PwC. The auditor conducts an annual management audit, reviews all project reports, and verifies that the Foundation\u2019s annual financial statements comply with the Annual Accounts Act.
